Functional Training

This is more of my traditional personal training approach to fitness. I combine bodyweight, free weight, medicine-ball and bosu-ball exercises for a full-body work-out.


Suspension training that uses a system of ropes that allows the user to work against their own body weight. It is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed.

Mat Pilates

Is done on the floor using an exercise mat. It employs controlled breathing during bodyweight resisted movement to build strength in the core, back, glutes and hips. The exercises look simple but require stabilization of the center and a focused effort to keep the abdominals contracted and working throughout the exercises.

Hands-On Yoga/ Assisted Stretching

A massage therapist manipulates at the muscle and a chiropractor adjusts at the bone. I will help to resolve the problem at the source creating flexibility where there is chronic tightness on your body. I can help guide you into poses and stretches you can’t achieve on your own. In our own private practice even when looking in a mirror we can have trouble finding the right alignment. From an outside view, I can help you build better form.

Chair Exercise

Injuries happen in life but they don’t have to keep you from achieving your fitness goals. Chair exercise can keep you moving until you get back on your feet again.

Virtual Work-Outs

In this day and age it is incredibly safe and easy to never miss out on a work-out virtually. Take me with you anywhere or work-out in the comfort of your own home. I will still be able to make your sessions just as effective and fun as if we were here in the studio together.
